Governor's Internship Program

3/2/2017

The Governor’s Internship is now accepting applications for interns and hosts! If you are a state agency, non profit, or private business, become a host at  www.intern.wv.gov by filling out an application and creating a WV.gov email account (to gain access to our database). Interns must have 3.0 GPA or greater, be a resident of West Virginia or attending a West Virginia college, have at least one year of undergraduate study, and have an intention on continuing their education. A host must pay an intern at least minimum wage and be able to provide an intern with projects that are outside of just filing and answering phones. If you are interested in the program, please contact Katie Speece, Arts Programs Coordinator, at the Office of Secretary of Education and the Arts. She can be reached at GovernorsInternship@wv.gov or (304)-558-2440.
